CodeFulcrum is seeking a motivated HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support our employees through various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development. You will collaborate with leadership to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Support the recruitment process from developing job descriptions to onboarding new hires.
Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conducting performance reviews, and administering disciplinary actions.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to comply with labor laws.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Assist in benefits administration and help employees understand their benefits.
Stay informed on current HR trends and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree with majors in either Computer Sciences, Marketing, or Business Strategy is preferable.
